In 2005, Harvey World Travel was set the task to promote and sell a greater number of Qantas air fares to specific destinations over a 12 month period.

Bullet was engaged by Harvey World Travel to conduct an incentive based campaign to motivate and reward staff in over 500 shops nationally. We created a multi-tiered campaign which rewarded travel consultants with gift vouchers every time a mystery shopper called and a Qantas fare was recommended first. Bullet negotiated the whitegoods prize vouchers through The Good Guys retail chain, and in return, The Good Guys stores received Harvey World Travel prizes that enabled them to run their own retail promotion.

We also conducted the mystery shopper weekly phone calls, managed and fulfilled the vouchers, created and distributed all collateral and communication materials, managed the incentive and reported weekly.

Both Harvey World Travel and Qantas were delighted with the results and pleased that the year-long campaign achieved targets and ran smoothly.
